The Annual Health Care Conference will take place December 4 - December 6, 2024 at the beautiful Sanctuary at Kiawah Island, SC. We are excited to offer a variety of networking opportunities and educational programs for our members and sponsors.

IMPORTANT 2024 ANNUAL CONFERENCE UPDATES
1. Individual General Registration is now full.
- If you are an Associate Member and would like to be put on the conference registration wait list, please contact Anne Spencer Muncy at annespencer@craftsc.com.
- If you are a Health Plan Member employee, please contact Anne Spencer Muncy at annespencer@craftsc.com.
2. Several sponsorship opportunities are available that include at least one conference registration. You can learn more about sponsorships below. SCAHP is holding a limited number of hotel rooms for conference sponsors. To become a sponsor, please contact Casey Clyburn at cclyburn@scalliance.org.
3. If you are a current sponsor and have not registered your company representative(s) for the conference, please contact Anne Spencer Muncy at annespencer@craftsc.com to register the designated attendee.
4. The Room Block at The Sanctuary for General Registrants is nearly full. Villas are available, and we are starting a waiting list for hotel rooms. If you are registered for the conference and would like to be put on the hotel room waiting list, please contact Anne Spencer Muncy at annespencer@craftsc.com.

Additional Conference Activities
Space still remains both Health and Wellness Activities, SCAHP Sunrise 5K Fun Run and Fresh Start Yoga! Both activities cost $30 per person.
The SCAHP Sunrise 5K Fun Run will take place on the beach the morning of Thursday, December 5.
Fresh Start Yoga will be led by Jennifer Golwyn of Praise Moves. Yoga will take place the morning of Friday, December 6.
